14-day return period

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Requesting a return

Submit your request through the KJRetail contact form before sending an item back. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. Items returned without prior confirmation may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping and restocking fee

The buyer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or where KJRetail confirms an error with the order.

Inspection and refund

Returned items are inspected after arrival. If the return meets the conditions above, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the applicable restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges. Processing times shown by your bank or payment provider may vary.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
